Exchanges and Returns
Changed your mind? Camouflage wants you to be delighted with your new purchase. If an item does not meet your expectations for any reason, we are glad to return or exchange your new and unused items within 30 days of the delivery date.
Exchanges
1. Send your exchange request and order number to info@camouflage.ca or call customer service at 1-877-315-2266.
2. Within 2-3 business days we will email you an exchange form and Return Authorization Number. Complete the form and include it in your package.
3. Clearly mark the outside of your package with the Return Authorization Number, then ship the package using Canada Post, FedEx, or any other authorized shipping company. Customers are responsible for the shipping costs.
4. Once we receive your item it will take 8-10 business days to process. Your new item will be shipped back to you free of charge.
Returns

4. Once we receive the item it will take 8-10 business days to process. Please allow an extra 4 days for the refund to appear on your credit card or bank account.
The Fine Print
If these requirements are not met, Camouflage will cancel the refund/exchange and send the item back with an added shipping charge.
Experiencing Warranty Issues?
Our products come with a 30-day warranty. We are happy to issue replacement items for damaged or malfunctioning products. After 30 days, please contact the manufacturer directly.
