Developed in close partnership with Crucible® Industries, SPY27 turbocharges the proven composition of VG-10 stainless steel with additional alloys and Crucible Industries’ cutting-edge particle metallurgy manufacturing process. The fully flat-ground blade of this knife is reinforced by a sturdy Compression Lock mechanism and nested, skeletonized stainless steel liners housed within fiberglass-reinforced-nylon (FRN) panels. Following the design ethos of our CPM SPY27 family, the panels are injection molded in a distinctive cobalt-blue color.
